I know, it looks from the way the forum is set up that you can sign up for all the draws and then just play the sit and wait game.
However, you may only sign up on the day the draw is currently for.
All of the draws have been posted at once so you can sign up immediately at Midnight, CST and there will be no days that this does not happen (Lessa and Cynther have lives outside the computer, you know, silly as that sounds )
Official time is here, as also posted on the main Festival URL:

If you sign up ahead of time, your entry will be disqualified and you may not try again for that day's draw!
If you try signing up ahead three times, you're out of this section of the Festival.
As I post this the official time is 6:42, reguardless of what the board time may say. This is also a way for you to check without going to that site all the time. ^_^
